Getting an urgent medical care appointment in Seattle has never been easier
Insurance we accept
DispatchHealth accepts most major insurance plans in the areas we serve, including Medicare Advantage and Managed Medicaid.
Common urgent medical care questions
DispatchHealth’s qualified practitioners provide in-home urgent treatment for a wide array of non-life-threatening medical conditions. We cater to just about everyone, from babies ages three months and older to seniors, and are at work 365 days a year to meet the medical needs of busy people like you.

When you schedule your appointment, we’ll ask about your symptoms and give you a time frame for our arrival - typically the same day. Please note that the ETA may vary depending on the number of patient visits we have that day. When you call to schedule a visit, you will be given an approximate arrival time.
A visit with DispatchHealth costs roughly the same as a walk-in Seattle urgent care visit. The percentage of the total bill you’re responsible for is determined by your insurance plan. Note that if you have a high deductible plan, you will need to meet your deductible before your insurance will cover the cost.
DispatchHealth can arrange imaging services, such as x-ray and ultrasound, for qualified patients. However, imaging services will not be delivered at the time of your initial visit. Imaging is usually completed 1-3 days after your visit and may be performed either in your home or residence (if you qualify for this service) or at a separate outpatient imaging center.
Patients qualify for mobile imaging in the home or residence if they are unable to transfer to a brick-and-mortar location due to physical and/or mental difficulties. Their provider will need to provide a reason for portability in the documentation.
Possibly! DispatchHealth Advanced Care is an alternative to an in-patient hospital stay for certain conditions that can safely be treated and monitored in the home. To learn more visit: https://www.dispatchhealth.com/patient-advancedcare
If you do not have or we are not contracted with your insurance company, DispatchHealth accepts payment of a flat rate of $375 at the time of treatment via credit card. This flat rate is for everything that we do, which includes medications administered, procedures performed, and on-site lab tests obtained. At times, third-party service providers may be recommended including imaging, labs, prescriptions or other healthcare services. In these instances, the patient will be billed separately by those services. Payment methods include credit, debit, health savings account (HSA), health reimbursement account (HRA) and flexible spending account account (FSA) payments.
