We employ the same experienced professionals you’d see in a doctor’s office, including physician assistants, nurse practitioners and medical technicians. Every visit is supported remotely by a board-certified doctor, if needed.
During a standard In-Home Health Evaluation, we’ll:
- Chat about your health history.
- Discuss how you’re feeling now and any issues you might be experiencing.
- Take notes and keep records, flagging if there’s anything unusual.
- Review medications you’re taking to make sure they’re right for you.
- Give you a thorough physical exam to ensure everything’s in order.
- Conduct preventative screenings (e.g. social determinants of health, cognitive, pain, etc.)
- Arrange further care or assistance at home, if needed.
- Ensure you’re up to date with important health standards.
No. An In-Home Health Evaluation is not meant to replace your annual wellness visit, appointments with your regular doctor, or ongoing medical care.
