The new year is approaching, and with it brings a fresh outlook on the direction of our healthcare ecosystem. And ironically, the phrase “20/20 vision” is fitting as we enter 2020 with a clear vision on how to disrupt the industry.
In 2019, we reached new milestones. We delivered care to more than 71,000 patients, with an average cost savings of $1,200 per patient. We introduced two new clinical service offerings to deliver hospital-level care to patients with complex medical and social needs and drive further value to our payer and provider partners. We expanded to eight new markets, and more than doubled our staff headcount. We made large improvements to our technology platform to support our new clinical service offerings.
We are one of the few silver bullets for a healthcare system that needs an overhaul.
And it’s safe to say that 2020 will be a breakthrough year for DispatchHealth as we tap into new innovations and partnerships, and strive to create the most advanced and complete in-home care model in the world.
