How to complete registration to view on-demand
It is important that you complete these two actions during the registration process. You will receive two emails from DispatchHealth Learning and must do the following:

About our speakers
Patrick Kneeland, M.D.
VP of Medical Affairs – Advanced Care
Dr. Kneeland is VP of Medical Affairs at DispatchHealth where he leads Advanced Care – a service line dedicated to bringing hospital level care to patients’ homes. He previously served as the Executive Medical Director for Patient and Provider Experience at UCHealth, a 9-hospital system in Colorado.
Patrick is an Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of Colorado where he is a founding faculty member of the Institute for Healthcare Quality, Safety, and Efficiency.
After completing residency in internal medicine at the University of California – San Francisco, Dr. Kneeland completed a fellowship in Academic Hospital Medicine where he focused on transformation of clinical delivery systems and the role of culture in improving patient safety. He subsequently completed a fellowship through the Institute for Physician Leadership at the Center for the Health Professions in San Francisco, CA. He is a certified Patient Safety Officer and has advanced training from Stanford’s d.school in user-centered design.
In his free time, Dr. Kneeland enjoys time with his family, live music and art.
Manny Diaz, M.D.
Advanced Care Medical Director
Dr. Diaz is DispatchHealth’s Medical Director for Transitional Care and Innovation and leads the Advanced Care inpatient substitution program in Denver. Before joining DispatchHealth, Dr. Diaz attended medical school at the University of Chicago’s Pritzker School of Medicine and completed his internal medicine residency training at the University of California, San Francisco where he also served as Internal Medicine Chief Resident at the San Francisco VA Medical Center. He subsequently practiced as an academic hospitalist at the University of Colorado Hospital where he also served as Physician Advisor for Patient Flow and maintains a faculty appointment in the University of Colorado School of Medicine’s Department of Medicine where he focuses on health systems leadership education with the Internal Medicine Residency’s Hospitalist Training Program
In his free time, Dr. Diaz enjoys cooking, exploring Colorado’s beautiful outdoors, and taking walks with his wife and three daughters, and their poodle, Cosette.
